Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios with a personal, local touch.

You will collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, extend the Intuit ecosystem to clients, and grow a local client base through community outreach and events, while delivering a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - build and grow a new local customer base for TurboTax.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - develop long‑term trust with clients.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – ensure client satisfaction with in-person and video interactions.
