Qualifikationen

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Interest in expanding to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Comfort with onsite TurboTax office location and standard hours.
• Willingness to complete required compliance and training.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal/business income and amendments.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds and plan for taxes.
• Use gov sites, professional tools, and team expertise for accurate solutions.
• Grow local client base and partnerships with grassroots marketing.
• Own market through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond filing (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Address client inquiries and navigate tax challenges.
