Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States.

The role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support, with a strong emphasis on building local client relationships and driving community growth. You will work on-site and in collaboration with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences, from discovery through final solutions, while engaging in ongoing

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours per week, between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Will be required to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
