Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide expert tax advice and full‑service preparation, while coordinating with a broader team to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end Intuit experience for each client. You will also act as a community ambassador, building local client relationships, organizing events, and leveraging TurboTax tools to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types and complex work areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow the local client base and drive customer loyalty through community outreach.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences in-person and via virtual channels.
