Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. You will deliver on-site tax expertise, client service, and local growth initiatives, handling in-person and virtual clients with a full-service mindset.

As a local trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with a cross-functional team, prepare returns, provide guidance on deductions, and connect clients to Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location for a minimum of 20 hours per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon–Fri).
• Must complete all required training and development, including compliance and cross-training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Guide clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to address needs.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage customers in both in-person and virtual meetings using Intuit’s tools.
