You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation, serving both in-person and virtual clients while integrating with a broader team of tax professionals. You'll grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and help connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and financial

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex filings.
• Develop and grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Act as the local face of TurboTax, linking clients to Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships by understanding each client's full financial picture and needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
