Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams nationwide.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex financial situations with clarity. You’ll stay with clients through their tax journey, collaborate with tax and advisory specialists, and grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training by Intuit.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week (hours may scale up during peak season).
• Willingness to complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willingness to wear Intuit uniforms; may appear in advertising materials.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and optimize refunds, with future tax planning guidance.
• Partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services in a shared client context.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients to Intuit ecosystems like bookkeeping or payroll.
