Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, client advisory, and software support, working closely with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

You'll engage with local clients, grow the TurboTax client base, and connect customers to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, while upholding Intuit's commitment to helping people prosper.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney license or active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Build and grow a local client base, organize events, and engage in community outreach.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
