Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts in on-site locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, practical tax advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will grow the local client base, deliver end-to-end service, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete training and development; keep a professional image with Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local/community presence and content for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex cases.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and partnerships with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Assist clients in-person and via video tools; address inquiries and optimize refunds.
