Intuit, Inc. is seeking ambitious TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support while connecting clients to a broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. Role emphasizes ongoing client relationships, local outreach, and a strong customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory with training by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; able to be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence and content for community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; experience in holistic advisory services.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure full lifecycle support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and remote interactions.
• Support marketing efforts and participate in local events to drive brand awareness.
