Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with business specialists to deliver a seamless client experience. You will also act as a local ambassador, grow the client base, and demonstrate Intuit’s full ecosystem of services to solve complex tax and financial needs.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years covering 1040 federal/state returns with professional software.
• Familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Comfortable onsite 8:00–17:00 PT hours, 20+ hrs/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive financial solutions.
• Build relationships and deliver end‑to‑end Intuit experience.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and education on tax goals.
