Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, deliver expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to meet year‑round financial needs. You’ll build local relationships, grow the client base through community outreach, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless, end-to-end

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8am-5pm local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and provide future tax planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end experience.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
