Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Turbine Floor Outage Lead to direct maintenance activities and ensure safe, efficient outage execution in Morris, IL. You will coordinate with outage services teams, organize equipment and tooling, and manage progress against contracts and milestones.

Strong leadership and adherence to HU/THU practices are essential. Qualifications include a relevant degree and SRO license with substantial related experience, plus 5–9 years of industry work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with required years of related experience.
• SRO license with 5 years of related experience or
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
• Maintain minimum access requirements and pass medical examination and/or testing as applicable

Responsibilities

• Direct turbine floor personnel to perform maintenance safely and effectively.
• Coordinate outage activities, scheduling, and engineering meetings.
• Communicate with OS&A and CEC management to foster collaboration.
• Oversee turbine generator disassembly/reassembly and equipment mobilization.
• Support training program, surveillance program, and Corrective Action Program.
