Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks a Senior Turbine Floor Outage Supervisor to direct turbine maintenance activities during outages, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency. You will coordinate work control, planning, and risk management with internal teams and external contractors.

The role requires a strong background in turbine or power plant operations, with an SRO license or equivalent credentials, and extensive experience in outage execution. On-site work in Marseilles, IL is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• SRO license with 5+ years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 7+ years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9+ years of related experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements and favorable medical examination.

Responsibilities

• Direct turbine floor personnel to perform maintenance safely and effectively by qualified workers.
• Coordinate outage-related scheduling, planning, and meetings.
• Communicate with OS&A and CEC management; foster cross-organizational collaboration.
• Oversee turbine generator disassembly/reassembly, deck lay-down, and tooling mobilization.
• Administer OS&A processes, training, surveillance, and corrective action programs.
