Job summary

Constellation seeks a senior leader to direct turbine floor outage execution, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient activities across outage projects. You will coach teams, enforce procedures, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to meet project milestones.

The role requires coordinating with Outage Services & Alliances and managing contractor interfaces while driving continuous improvement and adherence to company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• SRO license with 5 years of related experience, or an Associate's degree with 7 years.
• High school diploma with 9 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct turbine floor personnel to ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified workers.
• Coordinate outage work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings to ensure proper planning and readiness.
• Communicate with OS&A and CEC management; foster open collaboration across organizations.
• Oversee turbine generator disassembly/reassembly, deck lay-down, and equipment mobilization with management and contract personnel.
• Support OS&A processes, training programs, surveillance, procedures, CAP, and performance monitoring.
