Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Turbine Floor Outage Execution Lead to direct turbine floor activities, coordinate refuels and outages, and ensure safe, reliable work aligned with Constellation and Clean Energy Center goals.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, enforce Human Performance and THU approaches, and coach staff toward continuous improvement while meeting project milestones and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related experience or SRO license with 5+ years experience.
• Associate's degree with 7+ years related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct turbine floor personnel to perform maintenance safely and effectively.
• Coordinate outage work control, scheduling, and meetings for online/refuel outages.
• Communicate with OS&A and CEC management; foster collaboration across organizations.
• Oversee turbine generator disassembly/reassembly, deck lay-down, and equipment mobilization.
• Support OS&A processes; drive improvement, training, surveillance, CAP, and goals.
