Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Turbine Floor Outage Execution leader to direct maintenance during outages, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency. You will coordinate online/refuel outage activities, manage interdisciplinary teams, and uphold procedures and HU/THU practices to drive continuous improvement.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with OS&A and CEC management, and work to meet project milestones while optimizing short- and long-term profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• SRO license with 5 years of related experience preferred.
• Associate degree with 7 years of related experience.
• High school diploma with 9 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct turbine floor maintenance activities safely and effectively.
• Coordinate outage work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings.
• Communicate with OS&A and CEC management to resolve issues.
• Oversee turbine deck lay-down, equipment mobilization, and contract interfaces.
• Support training, surveillance, and corrective action processes.
