Constellation in Illinois seeks a Turbine Floor Outage Execution Lead to direct outage activities, coordinating with turbine and project teams to ensure safe, reliable maintenance aligned with Constellation and Clean Energy Center goals.

You will supervise turbine floor personnel, oversee disassembly/reassembly, manage scheduling and contractor interfaces to meet milestones while optimizing short- and long-term company performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical exams/tests related to duties.

Responsabilidades

• Direct turbine floor personnel to ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively.
• Participate in work-control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outage activities.
• Communicate with OS&A and CEC management; foster open collaboration across organizations.
• Oversee turbine generator disassembly/reassembly and equipment mobilization; manage milestones and resources.
• Support OS&A processes, training programs, surveillance, CAP and drive continuous improvement.
