Job summary

Constellation in the United States seeks a Senior Turbine Floor Outage Execution lead. You will direct turbine floor personnel, coordinate outage activities, and ensure safe, efficient execution aligned with OS&A and CEC goals.

The role requires a mix of technical leadership, scheduling, and communication across internal and external teams, with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. A related degree or license is required, and a robust benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Responsibilities

• Effectively direct turbine floor personnel to assure all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively, by qualified workers, and in accordance with procedures and schedules
• Participate in work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outage activities
• Communicate and address OS&A and CEC management, fostering open communications across organizations
• Oversee multidisciplinary team activities for turbine generator disassembly/reassembly and mobilization of equipment
• Understand and support OS&A processes, training, surveillance, and CAP to drive improvements
