Job summary

You will apply extensive power generation experience, lead diverse teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and mentor managers to foster high performance and strong client communication throughout the outage lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of power generation experience.
• Associate's degree with 10 years of power generation experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 12 years of power generation experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a minimum of 3 refueling outages.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical examination as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed plans, assign personnel, and scope with schedule and budget.
• Lead refueling outage services and coordinate with client management.
• Close out financial and technical docs; provide fiscal data and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across centers.
• Communicate progress to corporate and center management.
• Mentor and coach managers and staff to improve performance.
