Constellation is seeking a Senior Turbine Floor Outage Execution Lead to direct outage activities, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency in turbine maintenance. You will coach multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project milestones.

The role requires managing complex outage scopes, adhering to HU/THU practices, and driving continuous improvement within the Outage Services & Alliances framework.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.

Aufgaben

• Direct turbine floor personnel to ensure maintenance activities are performed safely by qualified workers.
• Coordinate outage activities and meetings to ensure work is properly planned and ready to execute.
• Communicate with OS&A management; foster open collaboration between organizations internal and external to OS&A.
• Oversee turbine generator disassembly/reassembly and equipment mobilization; coordinate with management and contract personnel to meet milestones.
• Administer OS&A processes such as training, surveillance, and corrective action programs to drive continuous improvement.
