Job summary

Constellation in the United States is seeking a Turbine Floor Outage Execution leader to support safe, reliable outage activities at our power facilities. You will direct turbine floor personnel and coordinate with OS&A and CEC management.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or an SRO license with 5 years of related experience, plus robust project coordination and technical communication skills to drive milestones and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience OR
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience OR
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Direct turbine floor personnel to ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified workers according to procedures and schedules.
• Participate in work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outage activities to ensure proper assignment and readiness to execute.
• Communicate with Outage Services & Alliances (OS&A) and CEC management; foster open communication across organizations.
• Oversee multidisciplinary team activities for turbine generator disassembly/reassembly, deck lay-down, equipment mobilization, and interface with management and contract personnel.
• Support OS&A processes, training, surveillance, procedure revisions, CAP, and performance monitoring to achieve business goals.
