Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with power generation experience
• Experience leading refueling outages and outage services
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed outage plans, assign personnel, and manage scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate refueling outage execution with CEC management and vendors
• Direct project closeout and ensure financial/technical documentation is complete
• Drive continuous improvement within outage services and promote best practices
• Communicate progress and status to corporate and CEC leadership
• Coach and mentor managers and staff to uphold performance standards
