Job summary

Novocure Inc is seeking a compassionate Device Support Specialist to support commercial oncology patients using TTFields therapy. The role involves educating patients and caregivers, providing ongoing coaching, and helping patients integrate treatment into daily routines while traveling within an assigned territory.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this full-time, field-based position requires frequent travel, engagement with Territory Managers, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience with Associate's degree, or 1–2 years with Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations (Microsoft Office, Outlook, file management).

Responsibilities

• Put patients at the center of every interaction with compassionate care.
• Travel to patient homes, offices, and healthcare centers for visits.
• Educate patients/caregivers on TTFields therapy and integration into daily routines.
• Provide ongoing training and individualized coaching.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
