Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant professional experience or Bachelor’s with 1–2 years.
• Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, file management, and basic troubleshooting.
• Approximately 60% weekly travel including overnight stays.
• Residence within the assigned territory; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high‑quality care and service centered on patients.
• Travel to patient homes, physician offices, or healthcare centers for visits.
• Educate patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy and integration into routines.
• Offer ongoing training sessions and individualized coaching.
• Perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacements as needed.
• Collect and analyze patient data during follow‑ups and provide resources.
• Conduct virtual visits to improve access and flexibility.
• Provide timely phone, virtual, and in‑person support, including after hours.
• Maintain records in CRM and complete regulatory tasks.
• Adhere to fleet vehicle upkeep and safety requirements.
