Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring a TechOps Administrator I for our Atlanta, GA office to support Azure core and Office365 platforms within SOCs. You will contribute to 24x7x365 service delivery, monitor deployment flow, and coordinate restoration actions with cross‑functional teams.

The role emphasizes security clearance, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with 24/7 shift eligibility. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Active TS/SCI with FS Poly clearance required.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent IT training or experience.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Capable of executing tasks precisely under time-sensitive outage scenarios.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts.

Mansioni

• Monitor deployment flow and report functionality; escalate issues promptly.
• Identify and drive fixes with feature teams for volume drivers.
• Execute documented deployment scripts and procedures.
• Coordinate restoration actions with other teams.
• Support outage restoration actions per SLAs or procedures.
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audits and RCA.
• Identify and drive recovery levers with teams.
• Apply troubleshooting and debugging to mitigate outages.
• Update SOPs and technical training guides as needed.
• Manage secure work area operations and hardware deployment support.
