Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a TechOps Administrator I to support a Secure Operations Center (SOC) environment in Atlanta, GA. The role ensures 24x7x365 operational support for Azure core and Office 365, assists in outage response, and maintains system availability.

The position requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience, and a readiness to work in a fast-paced SOC setting. Competitive benefits and shift coverage are included.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent IT training/experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive outage environment.
• Willingness to support shift work in a 24/7 SOC.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flow and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate restoration actions with cross-functional teams during outages.
• Execute documented deployment scripts and procedures.
• Support outage restoration per SLAs and procedures.
• Document investigative and recovery actions for audit and root-cause analysis.
