Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a TechOps Administrator I in Annapolis Junction, MD to support the Azure core and Office365 platforms as part of the SOCs team. The role requires 24x7x365 operational coverage and a focus on incident-free deployments.

The candidate should have an active TS/SCI with FS Poly, strong customer service and English communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience. Shift work is required and strict deadlines apply.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Poly required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent IT training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flow and escalate issues promptly.
• Identify and drive fixes with feature teams for volume drivers.
• Execute deployment scripts and procedures.
• Coordinate restoration actions with other teams.
• Support outage restoration per SLAs or procedures.
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audits and RCAs.
• Identify and drive recovery levers with feature teams.
• Update SOPs and training guides as needed.
• Manage secure work area operations and assist in hardware deployments.
