Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions in Redmond, WA is seeking a TechOps Administrator I to join the Secure Operations Centers team. You will deliver end-to-end operational support for Azure core and Office 365, supporting 24x7x365 services and working across multiple streams.

The ideal candidate holds an active TS/SCI with FS Poly, a bachelor's in a related field, and excellent communication. You will deploy, document, and troubleshoot, with an emphasis on incident response and recovery.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with FS Poly security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong written and oral English communication.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flow and report operational status, escalating as needed.
• Coordinate restoration actions with other teams during outages.
• Execute deployment scripts and procedures per documented processes.
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audits and RCAs.
• Provide equipment assistance and support secure work area operations.
