Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking a TechOps Administrator I to join the Secure Operations Centers team. You will deliver end-to-end operational support for the Azure core and Office365 platform, ensuring 24x7x365 services.

Responsibilities include monitoring deployment flow, executing deployment scripts, coordinating restoration actions, and maintaining audit-ready documentation. A TS/SCI with FS Poly is required; bachelor's degree or equivalent IT training; 24/7 shift

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Poly required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent IT training and practical experience.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Able to perform under time-sensitive outage scenarios with precision.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to shift work for 24/7 support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flow and escalate issues promptly.
• Identify and drive fixes with feature teams for volume drivers.
• Execute deployment scripts and procedures.
• Coordinate restoration actions with other teams.
• Support outage restoration actions per SLAs.
• Document investigative and restorative actions for audits.
• Identify and drive recovery levers with feature teams.
• Apply problem-solving and debugging to outages.
• Update SOPs and training guides as needed.
• Manage secure work area operations and hardware deployment support.
