Job summary

J&T in the United States is seeking a Technology Instructor to join an Agile SAFe team supporting a fast-paced, mission-critical program. You will analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain training for enterprise servers, networks, and platform environments.

The role emphasizes certification-focused curricula, WCI packages, and hands-on labs to align with evolving system baselines. You will design and deliver instructor-led and blended learning, create lab exercises, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Experience: At least twelve (12) years in technical training, instructional delivery, curriculum design, or technology-focused education supporting enterprise IT, server, network, and platform environments.
• ISD/ curriculum development: Minimum of five (5) years dedicated to Instructional Systems Design or technical training creation.
• Systems Administration: Windows Server and Linux knowledge.
• Delivery: Experience delivering instructor-led technical training with multiple tools and platforms.
• Agile: Proven ability to drive concurrent development projects in a deadline-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum design, development, and maintenance of instructor-led and blended learning solutions for enterprise server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver hands-on training to technical personnel using varied methods, multimedia tools, and lab environments.
• Analyze engineering baselines, manuals, and SOPs to identify gaps and define learning objectives.
• Create lesson plans, instructor guides, student manuals, job aids, labs, assessments, and WCI documentation.
• Lead pilot deliveries, validate courses, track evaluations, and manage content updates under configuration control.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, network architects, writers, and leadership to reflect production systems.
