Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Technology Instructor to join an Agile SAFe team supporting a complex program. You will analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain technical training for enterprise server, network, and platform environments.

Responsibilities include creating WCI materials, certification-focused training, and delivering instructor-led training while ensuring course validation and content updates. This role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and a strong background in technical education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum 5 years in instructional systems design, curriculum development, or technical training.
• Experience developing training solutions for enterprise IT, networking, or server administration.
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022).
• Knowledge of Linux system administration.
• Experience delivering instructor-led technical training across platforms.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience creating technical docs, training materials, and instructional content.
• Ability to manage multiple development projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Create technical training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training using diverse methods and tools.
• Analyze engineering docs, specs, manuals to identify training needs.
• Develop lesson plans, instructor/student guides, job aids, labs, and assessments.
• Conduct training evaluations and report metrics.
• Support course validation, pilots, configuration management, and updates.
• Maintain WCI products and instructional materials.
• Coordinate development activities with engineering, technical writing, and program support teams.
