Job summary

Navstar, Inc. is seeking a Technology Instructor to join an agile SAFe team supporting a complex, fast-paced program. You will analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain technical training for enterprise server, network, and platform environments.

Responsibilities include creating certification-focused training, WCI materials, and performance support while coordinating with engineering and program support teams to meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• 12+ years in technical training, instructional delivery or related education roles.
• 5+ years in instructional systems design or training development.
• Experience creating training for enterprise IT/server/network environments.
• Familiarity with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration.
• Knowledge of Linux administration.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training with multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Create training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training using various instructional methods.
• Analyze engineering docs to identify training needs.
• Develop lesson plans, guides, student guides, job aids, labs, and assessments.
• Conduct training evaluations and report metrics.
• Support course validation, pilot delivery, and content updates.
• Maintain WCI products and instructional docs.
• Coordinate development with engineering and program teams.
