Job summary

Unisity, LLC is seeking a Technology Instructor to join a fast-paced Agile SAFe environment. The role involves analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining technical training solutions for enterprise server, network, and platform environments.

The candidate will deliver certification-focused training, create WCI materials, and perform task analyses, content development, and instructional delivery to meet program requirements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical training, instructional delivery, or IT education.
• Minimum 5 years in instructional systems design or curriculum development.
• Experience creating technical training solutions for enterprise IT, networking, or server administration.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Working knowledge of Linux administration.
• Experience delivering instructor-led technical training with multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong technical documentation and instructional content development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent development efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Develop technical training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training using various instructional methods and technologies.
• Analyze documentation and procedures to identify training needs.
• Develop lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, job aids, labs, assessments.
• Conduct training evaluations and maintain metrics and reporting.
• Support course validation, pilot delivery, configuration management, and updates.
• Maintain WCI products and instructional documentation.
• Coordinate training development with engineering, technical writing, and program support teams.
