Job summary

CyberCore Technologies is seeking a Technology Instructor to join an Agile SAFe team. You will analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain technical training for enterprise server, network, and platform environments.

You will also support certification-focused training, WCI materials, and instructional delivery to meet program requirements. The role includes designing instructor-led and blended learning, delivering competency-based training, and maintaining instructional documentation

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering technical training for complex environments.
• Ability to develop certification-focused curricula and instructional materials.
• Familiarity with SAFe and enterprise server/network/platform administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Create technical training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training using diverse instructional methods.
• Analyze engineering docs to identify training needs and create lesson plans.
• Produce instructor guides, student guides, job aids, labs, and assessments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report metrics.
• Support validation, pilots, and content updates; maintain documentation.

A Technology Instructor is needed to join a high-performing Agile team operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in support of a complex, fast-paced program. In this role, the selected candidate will analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain technical training solutions for enterprise server, network, and platform environments. The candidate will support the creation and delivery of certification-focused training programs, Written Course of Instruction (WCI) materials, and other technical learning products, while also performing task analysis, content development, course maintenance, and instructional delivery to meet program requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Develop technical training content supporting server, network, and platform administration requirements.
• Deliver competency-based training for users of technical systems using a variety of instructional methods and learning technologies.
• Analyze engineering documentation, system specifications, technical manuals, and operational procedures to identify training needs.
• Develop lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, job aids, laboratory exercises, assessments, and performance support materials.
• Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and maintain related metrics and reporting.
• Support course validation, pilot delivery, configuration management, and content updates.
• Maintain WCI products and associated instructional documentation.
• Coordinate training product development activities with engineering, technical writing, and program support teams.
