Job summary

Navstar is seeking a Technology Instructor to join an Agile SAFe team supporting a complex program. You will analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain technical training for enterprise servers, networks, and platforms, while producing WCI materials and certification-focused training.

The role requires extensive experience in instructional design and enterprise IT training, with DoD/IC background preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• At least 12 years of experience in technical training, instructional delivery, and curriculum development.
• Minimum 5 years in instructional systems design or related training development.
• Experience creating training for enterprise IT, networking, or server administration.
• Proficiency with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux administration.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training using multiple platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple development projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Create training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training for technical users using diverse methods.
• Analyze engineering docs to identify training needs.
• Develop lesson plans, guides, student guides, job aids, labs, assessments, and materials.
• Conduct training evaluations and report on metrics.
• Support course validation, pilots, and content updates.
• Maintain WCI products and instructional docs.
• Coordinate with engineering and program support teams on development activities.
