Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Technology Instructor to design, develop, and deliver advanced instruction for enterprise server, network, and platform environments. You will craft WCI materials, assessments, and learning products within a SAFe Agile framework on a fast-paced program.

This role requires a strong background in instructional design, DoD/IC training experience, and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. The position supports training across enterprise IT domains in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of instructional design or training development experience.
• Experience developing training for enterprise IT, networking, or server administration.
• Ability to design and implement instructor-led and blended learning.
• Proficiency with Windows Server administration and Linux administration.
• Experience delivering technical training using multiple apps/platforms.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Create training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training for technical users using diverse methods.
• Analyze documentation to identify training needs and create lesson plans and guides.
• Develop assessments, job aids, and practice labs; evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with engineering and writing teams on training product development.
