Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Technology Instructor to design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and blended training for enterprise server, network, and platform environments. You will create WCI materials, perform task analysis, and maintain instructional content in an Agile SAFe team setting.

The role focuses on developing certification-focused programs and ensuring training aligns with program requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional systems design or technical training development.
• Experience creating training for enterprise IT, networking, or server administration.
• Windows Server administration knowledge (2016, 2019, 2022) and Linux administration knowledge.
• Experience delivering instructor‑led training using multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent development efforts in a fast-paced environment.
• Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Develop training content for server, network, and platform administration requirements.
• Deliver competency-based training for technical users using various instructional methods.
• Analyze engineering docs and procedures to identify training needs.
• Create lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, and lab exercises.
• Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and maintain metrics.
• Coordinate training product development with engineering and program teams.
• Maintain WCI products and instructional documentation.
