Navstar Inc. in Annapolis Junction, MD, seeks a Technology Instructor to join an Agile SAFe team supporting mission-critical IT training programs.

The role develops and delivers certification-focused training for enterprise server, network, and platform environments, creating WCI materials and assessments. Responsibilities include designing instructor-led and blended learning solutions, content development, and competency-based training delivery while coordinating with engineering and program

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• 12+ years in technical training, instructional delivery, curriculum development, and/or tech-education.
• Minimum 5 years in instructional systems design or training development.
• Experience developing training for enterprise IT, networking, server administration.
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration experience.
• Linux system administration experience.
• Experience delivering instructor-led technical training.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Develop technical training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training to users of technical systems.
• Analyze engineering docs to identify training needs.
• Create lesson plans, guides, student guides, job aids, labs, assessments.
• Conduct training evaluations and report metrics.
• Support course validation, pilot delivery, and content updates.
• Maintain training materials and docs.
• Coordinate training development with engineering and program teams.
