Job summary

Navstar Inc. is seeking a Technology Instructor to join an agile SAFe team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role develops and maintains technical training for enterprise server, network, and platform environments, including certification-focused material and WCI content.

The candidate will analyze requirements, deliver instructor-led and blended learning, and ensure training effectiveness with metrics, while coordinating with engineering and program support teams. Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• 12+ years in technical training, curriculum development, or related education.
• 5+ years in instructional systems design or technical training development.
• Experience creating training for enterprise IT, server, network, and platform environments.
• Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) and Linux administration knowledge.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training using multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Experience documenting training materials and content development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Develop content for server, network, and platform administration training.
• Deliver competency-based training for technical systems.
• Analyze engineering docs to identify training needs.
• Create lesson plans, guides, student guides, job aids, labs, and assessments.
• Conduct training evaluations and report metrics.
• Support course validation, pilots, CM, and content updates.
• Maintain WCI products and instructional documentation.
• Coordinate development activities with engineering and program teams.
