Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM planning processes at an on-site Leidos contract. The role requires extensive experience in cyberspace operations, joint planning, and a strong understanding of DoD Joint Publications.

Applicants should have a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and a polygraph, plus advanced training in cyber operations. The position offers challenging missions with cross-domain collaboration and dynamic environments at Fort Meade.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph required.
• 4–8+ years of CO planning or combined CO support experience; waivers available for relevant military experience.
• Familiarity with JP 3-12 Joint Cyberspace Operations and JP 5-0 Joint Operational Planning.
• Formal training as Cyber Operational Planner within DoD or IC.
• Broad knowledge of Blue-space cyber capabilities and related infrastructure.
• Knowledge of computer networking fundamentals and communications media.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Joint plans development and staffing to enable Cyberspace Operations planning.
• Lead targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during Cyber Warfare activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans, OPORDs and FRAGOs for Joint operations.
• Lead and support Joint Operational Planning Groups and Teams; integrate cyberspace capabilities into plans.
• Develop concepts of support and courses of action; coordinate and document comprehensive plans.
• Provide situational awareness across projects and Crisis Action Teams; support OPTs.
