Job summary

Leidos seeks highly qualified Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planners to support DoD Joint Planning for USCYBERCOM operations. Roles range by experience, with on-site contract support and a focus on Cyberspace Operations planning and integration.

Requirements include Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph, a BA/BS in CS or Cybersecurity, and 4+ years as a CO Planner. Masters preferred for advancement and additional cyber qualifications are valued.

Qualifications

High level of experience as a Cyberspace Offensive Planner or CO Planner.

Responsibilities

Engage in approved plans development and staffing processes within collaborative environment to enable Cyberspace Operations according to USCYBERCOM guidance.
Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operational (OCO) plans to deliver cyber effects.
Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during execution of activities in Cyber Warfare domain.
Draft and staff foundational planning documents such as OP plans, OPORDs and FRAGOs.
Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and Teams and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans.
Develop concepts of support, courses of action, and coordinate comprehensive plans.
Provide situational awareness to projects, Crisis Action Teams, and current operations activities.
