Job summary

Leidos is seeking a highly qualified Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM and related Joint tasks on an on-site Leidos contract at Fort Meade. You will implement planning and execution across Cyberspace Operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to advance mission objectives.

The role requires extensive experience in operational planning, familiarity with Joint Publications, and strong communication skills to brief complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph.
• 12+ years of recent experience as CO Planner or related CO support roles.
• Familiarity with JP 3-12 Joint Cyberspace Operations and JP 5-0 Joint Operational Planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Joint plans development and staffing within collaborative environment to enable Cyberspace Operations per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Lead targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and enable integration during Cyber Warfare activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans, Operational Orders, and Fragmentary Orders.
