Job summary

Leidos in the United States is seeking a Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM planning and Joint operations. This on-site role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph, plus a STEM BA/BS and extensive CO planning experience.

You will develop OPLOG/OPORD documents, integrate Cyberspace capabilities, coordinate with Joint forces, and translate complex cyber concepts into actionable plans while working in a fast-paced defense environment at Fort Meade.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph.
• BA/BS in STEM field or related area; degree to be completed within one year of hire.
• 4+ years recent CO Planner experience (since 2014); waivers possible for Combat Mission Team service or related cyber planner roles.
• Familiarity with military operations planning phases and Joint Publications (JP 5-0).
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD/IC; knowledge of Blue-space cyber capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved plans development and staffing within collaborative environments to enable Cyberspace Operations planning.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during Cyber Warfare activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANs), OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Develop and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans with JOPG/OPT teams.
• Analyze and assess CO capabilities and plan alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide situational awareness to projects and operations activities supporting OPTs.
