Job summary

Leidos is seeking Cyberspace Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM planning and Joint Operations. On-site roles require TS clearance with SCI eligibility and extensive CO planning experience.

You will draft operations plans, coordinate withDefense and IC partners, and ensure alignment with mission objectives. Ideal candidates have formal DoDCyber Planner training, knowledge of JP 5-0, and experience integrating cyber capabilities into strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, NS studies, or related field; degree within hire date if applicable.
• 8–12 years CO planning experience; or equivalent waivers for combat experience.
• Familiarity with military operations and Joint Publications such as JP 5-0.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD or IC.
• Knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and CO support needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved plans development and staffing for Cyberspace Operations per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during cyber activities.
• Draft and staff OPLANS, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Develop and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans with OPG/OPT teams.
• Communicate complex information clearly via verbal and written forms.
• Coordinate across DoD and IC agencies to achieve objectives.
