Job summary

Leidos seeks a Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM planning efforts and Joint Operations. You will develop CO plans, coordinate cyberspace capabilities, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives in a fast-paced, DHS/DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph.
• 4+ years recent CO Planner experience; waivers possible for Combat Mission Team or JO/JFHQ-C roles.
• Familiarity with military operations, planning phases, and JP 5-0 Joint Operational Planning.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD/IC.
• Broad knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and cyber infrastructure platforms.
• Knowledge of CO planning and intelligence support needs across DoD/IC.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and communications technologies.
• Ability to produce timely, accurate analyses, summaries, and briefings.
• Able to work across DoD and IC agencies to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved CO planning processes and staffing to enable Cyberspace Operations per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Support targeting selection, synchronization, and integration during Cyber Warfare execution.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANs), OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and integrate cyberspace capabilities into plans.
• Develop concepts of support, courses of action, and document comprehensive plans.
• Provide situational awareness to projects, Crisis Action Teams, and operations activities.
• Review and refine CO plans to align execution with organizational objectives.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cyber threats and assess Blue-space risk.
