Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM J3 operations. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to develop and align Cyberspace plans with organizational objectives. Expect to draft OPLOGs and CO plans while coordinating across defense partners.

The role requires an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph, 4+ years in CO planning, and familiarity with Joint Publications. On-site work in the US is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required.
• 4+ years recent work experience as CO Planner; waivers possible for Combat Mission Team time or JPME/Offensive Cyberspace Operations roles.
• Familiarity with military operations, JP 5-0 and Joint Publications, and cyber capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Cyberspace Operations planning and staffing per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during Cyber Warfare activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANs), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs).
• Develop and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans with JFG/OPT teams.
• Provide situational awareness and coordinate with Crisis Action Teams and ongoing operations.
