Leidos is seeking Cyberspace Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM operations through on-site contract work. The role focuses on planning, targeting, and integration of Cyberspace capabilities within Joint Planning processes.

Candidates should have TS clearance with SCI eligibility, DoD/IC cyber planning training, and strong collaboration across agencies. The position offers a challenging, mission-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required.
• BA/BS degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years recent CO Planner experience; waivers possible for military experience.
• Familiarity with military operations and Joint Publications (JP 5-0).
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD/IC.
• Broad knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and cyber infrastructure familiarity.
• Knowledge of computer networking fundamentals and related media.
• Ability to produce timely, accurate analytical documents and briefs.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate across DoD and IC agencies.

Aufgaben

• Engage in approved plans development and staffing processes for Cyberspace Operations per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration of CO activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans, Orders, and Fragmentary Orders.
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans.
• Develop and document plans, courses of action, and synchronize intelligence planning with operations.
