Job summary

Leidos is seeking highly qualified Cyberspace Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM planning processes and on-site DoD operations. This role requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph, and a strong background in Cyberspace Operations planning.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph.
4+ years of CO Planner or related experience since 2010.
Familiarity with JP 3-12 and JP 5-0 Joint Cyberspace Operations/Planning.
Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field; higher degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide SME in Cyberspace Operations planning and staff processes per USCYBERCOM guidance.
Lead targeting selection, synchronization, and integration during Cyber Warfare activities.
Draft and staff OP plans, OPORDs, and FRAGOs for Joint operations.
Coordinate Joint Operational Planning Groups and integrate cyberspace capabilities into plans.
Develop and maintain CO crisis plans and assess internal/external CO capabilities.
