Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of cash or digital payments transaction experience.
• At least 1 year of customer experience and product/service referrals.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in the lobby and demonstrate how to use the mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits while following all financial policies and cash handling rules.
